How to find saved manga on Android

The right place to look depends on what you saved: a title, your recent reading place, or a completed chapter download.

Find a title you bookmarked

Open Manga Mochi and choose Library. Your saved titles appear under Bookmarks; scroll to the title and open it to return to its detail page. A bookmark is a local shortcut to a title, so opening its chapter list may still require a connection to the source.

If you saved a title but have not opened a chapter, Library is the place to look. Do not confuse a saved title with an offline copy of its pages. The bookmark and download guide explains that difference.

Find the chapter you read recently

Go to Home and look for Continue reading. A recent entry can take you back to a supported chapter and its saved page when the chapter remains available. This is useful when you remember reading but did not add the title to Library.

Find a chapter saved for offline reading

Open Downloads and look for the completed chapter. A chapter must finish downloading from a supported source before you can rely on it offline. Test the local copy in airplane mode before travel; a title shown in Library alone does not prove its pages are stored.

Follow the offline reading checklist if you need to prepare chapters for a weak or missing connection.

If the saved item is missing

  1. Check Library for the title, Home for recent reading and Downloads for the completed chapter separately.
  2. Check that you are using the same device and app data. Local reading records do not silently sync to another phone.
  3. If you moved devices, restore only from a manual backup you created, then verify the Library and recent reading entries.
  4. Do not clear app storage or reinstall as a first troubleshooting step; that may erase local records.

For a device move, use the manual backup and restore guide. If a recent chapter is still listed but fails to open, try the chapter-loading checks before changing stored data.

Library keeps the title. Home helps you return to recent reading. Downloads holds completed supported chapters for offline access.
